In-Depth 360 Home Inspection Services LLC is owned and operated by Richard Ramos, a veteran and certified home inspector passionate about the values of honesty, loyalty, and integrity.
With years of construction and handyman experience under his belt and a lifelong interest in building sciences, a career as a home inspector was a natural fit for Richard. No two homes are alike, and he enjoys that every property and client he works with is a completely unique experience.

Richard Knows Homes, and He is Eager to Share His Knowledge with You
Before joining the military, Richard began working in the building and repair industry doing roofing, construction labor, carpentry, and plumbing. He then served in the military for 24 years, and a large part of his responsibilities included handyman and repair work in the buildings and barracks as a Repair and Utilities Sergeant.
Through this experience, Richard became very acquainted with building systems, how they become damaged or defective, and what is required to repair them. He uses this knowledge during the home inspection to benefit his client, always going out of his way to explain issues in great detail and then offer a solution to the problem.
Dedicated to Continuing His Education
Richard is passionate about his education in the building and home inspection industry and never wants to fall behind on the latest practices. He is always trying to learn something new, whether that means staying current with the information offered by InterNACHI, taking courses, or reading up on the subject in his free time.
