It efficiently and reliably collects mold that can be used to get preliminary information on whether or not a mold problem may exist and if futher invesitgation is warranted. The Z5 is a spore trap impactor that uses slit impaction as the collection mechanism. This method is an industry recognized and reliable method that allows superior mold spore collection.

360 Camera home inspection services

360° Camera

We include a virtual tour of the home’s important areas with the inspection report by using a 360° camera. With this camera, we collect images of the rooms in the home that give our client a better understanding of the layout once they have already left the property, helping them make decisions without needing to revisit the home.

Thermal Imaging home inspection services

Thermal Imaging

The use of a Thermal Imaging camera can be added to the home inspection. The camera picks up on infrared energy, allowing us to see hot and cool spots behind home surfaces not visible to the naked eye alone. With this information, we are able to find hidden moisture and improper insulation.

Buyer’s Inspection

Buying a home is a huge life decision and investment, so you don’t want to go into it blindly. During the Buyer’s Inspection, we assess the condition of the home and find the defects that you should be aware of before closing or pursuing repairs.

Pre-Listing Inspection

During a Pre-Listing Inspection, we help sellers better understand a home’s strengths and weaknesses so that they can make repairs before listing and disclose the correct information to potential buyers.

New Construction Inspection

A New Construction Inspection, which is completed before the final walk-through, helps builders find and address any defects or oversights made during the building process. This ensures that the home is move-in ready.

11th Month Warranty Inspection

A new home sold with a 12-month builder’s warranty should be inspected before that warranty is over. We will search the home for any defects covered under the warranty so that the owner knows what repairs they can request before time is up.

Re-Inspection

After a buyer and seller have decided what repairs need to be made in the home, we can revisit the property to ensure that these agreements were honored. During this follow-up inspection, we check that repairs were made as requested and that they are up to standard.

Radon Testing

Radon, a toxic and cancer-causing gas that occurs as uranium breaks down in soil, can rise from the ground and become trapped in a home. As it builds up, it may reach unsafe levels that put anyone exposed at risk for disease. Radon is invisible and odorless, so we use professional equipment to measure levels of the gas in the home.

Mold Testing

Mold in the home can begin growing thanks to high moisture levels and, when left unnoticed or untreated, begin to spread and become a difficult problem to get rid of. We will inspect the home for moisture intrusion, mold growth, and mold spores in the air so that the issue can be addressed promptly.

Energy Auditing

We will fully inspect a home to see how energy-efficient it is and help buyers, owners, or sellers see where energy upgrades would save them money in the long-run.
